Ways to fight fear are given below -:

1.Take it easy
When you are overwhelmed by fear or anxiety, it is impossible to think clearly.

 

The first thing to do is to spend some time until you can calm down.

By walking around the neighborhood, or taking a cup of tea or taking a shower, your attention can be distracted from anxiety and last for 15 minutes.

2. Breathe by panic
If you start to accelerate your heart or sweat, the best way is not to fight with it.

Stay by your side, just feel panic and don’t want to distract you.

Put your palm on your stomach and take a deep breath.

The goal is to help the mind live in panic, which will intimidate fear.

3. Face your fear

Avoiding fear will make them feel scared. No matter what you worry about,

if you meet it, it will start to disappear. If you panic one day, you can reach the elevator the next day.

4.Imagine the worst
Try to imagine the worst things that could happen – maybe panic and heart attack. Then try to think about a heart attack. This is impossible. As long as you chase him, fear will disappear.

5. Look at the evidence

8. Talk about it

You can make friends through social media. Whatever if they are strangers. They will be helpful to you in instructing you. Go and make strangers your friends. Dont be shy to make new friends. If your fear does not disappear, you can seek help from your GP. General practitioners can recommend psychological counseling, psychotherapy, or help with online mental health services such as fear fighters.

9. Return to basics
Many people turn to alcohol or drugs to treat their anxiety, but it will make things worse. Simple and common things, such as a good night’s sleep, healthy eating and walking, are mostly the best ways to treat anxiety.

10. Reward yourself
Finally, give your own happiness. When you call to scare you, for example, by processing your own massage, or walking in the country, or eating a meal or a book, or DVD, or anything else that makes you happily improve your success.
