The awards will take place on 30th April at Islamabad, in which the likes of Brian Lara, Sir Viv Richards, and Darren Sammy will be present at the ceremony.
Seeing Sammy’s inclusion in the case, chairman of this franchise, Javed Afridi, tweeted:

Darren Sammy is a remarkably common figure in Pakistan because he’s expressed his passion for literary culture as well as its own people. His heroics off the pitch are matched both on the pitch too; limping nonetheless still striding ahead to field and bat for Peshawar.

It’s a massive honor for Pakistan to become blessed with all these legends going to the nation upon the invitation by a local franchise and not even the plank. This is a very clear sign that Pakistan Super League (PSL) has influenced the standing of the nation on a worldwide stage and it’ll continue to improve.
